Janelle Cold War

Janelle Cold War, Show on Saturday with Bruno Mars and Janelle Mon? And at Susquehanna Bank Center was not only a value-for-your-concert dollar for that filled the Camden campus. The sold-out stop on the tour Wondaland Hooligans skills showed live two 25 years old at the nearby home of his pop career in the modern adventurer.
This is the first real tour of Hawaii raised on Mars since 2010 of Doo-Wops & Hooligans. The producer and songwriter Cee-Lo Green and Travi McCoy (among others) showed immediately that he is no prisoner study, only when started with “The Other Side.”
That issue, like “Runaway Baby” (one p.m. highlights), was a vibrant, full of harmony, balance ’60 ‘s epic-ish easily adapted for a James Bond movie. Shaken and stirred, Mars then introduced his vocal style – a spacious yet powerful voices that is ccky braggart, and responsive pleading.
Soft to the touch, but tip of Mars was glad part of doo-wop-infused “Marry You”, the rich romantic “Talking to the Moon” and the soul of the wine-bar “Our first time.” His breeziest leanings came through slow skank of “Liquor Store Blues.” The grandly offset “Granada” found Mars in its nostalgia, but more macho.
However, it was in the cornball “Nothin ‘on you” on Mars, confirmed their status as beaten. In the ballad co-written by Bob Mars, he knew the perfect words to sing when speaking of the most beautiful girls in the world. “There is nothing you, baby,” sang Mars. At that time, each ‘in the audience melt.
Mon goddess future-funk? E has been touring since 2010 of The ArchAndroid was released. On Saturday, pulled out all the stops with a spastic dance team and a string and horn ensemble. Mon? E became the pride of Grace Jones-like “Cold War” into something rich and warm, and let out cries of opera worthy of Yma Sumac in the ska militaristic “Wondaland.”
In tendering his own note, Monday? I was a free version, with tears of Charlie Chaplin ballad “Smile.” His powerful voice trilled all over the place, but she stopped him in moments of great passion and emotion control.
