James Avery:James Avery Craftsman Inc. will open a new store this week at the landing base city, the shopping center located on the grounds of the former Brooks Air Force Base.

Jewelry is open on Friday, May 28 in the commercial center of San Antonio Southeast. James Avery is known for its silver rings, bracelets, charms, pendants, necklaces and earrings.

James Avery is based in Kerrville, a town north of San Antonio in Texas Hill Country. The company also plans to open new stores in Wichita Falls, Texas, and Nashville later this year.

The company currently operates 55 stores in Texas, Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the rates of rent in the City Base Landing are in the range of $ 16 to $ 23 per square foot.

City Base Landing is managed and leased by San Antonio, HPI Real Estate Services and Investments. 550,000 square meters of the city center of the landing Local Base located near the intersection of Interstate 37 and Military.
