Jack Nicholson, Seasoned Hollywood actor Jack Nicholson is reportedly selling his Malibu home, valued at 4.25 million and, after staying there for over 30 years. According to the Multiple Listing Service, Nicholson purchased 70-acre property in 1977 and now has put on the market.

Nicholson, 74, could be wanting to move to find space for his art collection is constantly growing, with an old friend saying he was “obsessed” with paintings. “He collected paintings to the point of obsession. Jack bought so many boxes that soon spilled over the wall space and had to be stacked against the walls of the suite Garfunkel, and maid’s room was known. Over time, the room store was so full of paintings that had no place to stay longer Garfunkel, quoted as saying Allegra Huston.

The property is a main house of the ranch-style, with tennis courts, pool and grotto style spa. In the main house, which are 2.313 square feet of space and views of mountains and the sea, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a maid room. However, a representative for the actor declined to comment on whether the property is being sold.
