“If a stock certificate that Grandma bought for little Johnny when he was born, and little Johnny does not know that the stock certificate was there and the grandmother died, certificate of shares still belong to little Johnny. It belongs to State of Illinois, “said Rutherford.

He said that 10 percent of people in a recent event in cash Dash found to have money coming to them. The Illinois State Fair runs August 12 to 21.
