How I Met Your Mother Season 6 Episode 15

How I Met Your Mother Season 6 Episode 15, How I Met Your Mother “Last Words” season 6 episode 14 – So what did you think of the episode tonight? After the last episode where Marshall’s father died, I went to look forward tonight to see how Marshall and the band were held after the terrible news. I felt like it was another outstanding episode of How I Met Your Mother.

Marshall: First of all, I did not know there was a Crocodile Dundee 3, but I looked and it’s true! Has anyone out there seen it? I thought that Marshall resisted well during the funeral and I was so glad he had some kind words to his father’s final. I thought the little Trey terror of the school was a bit unnecessary and does not add much to the story – what do you think? Of all the “last words” of Marshall’s father was my favorite “food Plane is the ass.” So true.

Lily: I felt like it was an important episode of Lily as she was finally able to connect with Marshall’s mother, Judy. Maybe they can start over with another. My favorite sentence of all exchanges Lily Judy / a “That dress makes you look like a whore in Kansas City.

Barney: I do not want to brag, but I am called. After seeing how life can be short Barney is now ready to meet his real father. I cannot wait to see where this goes. I hope dad Barney is exactly like him – wearing a suit, good to talk, and ladies’ man. What do you think it will be like?

Robin: Robin has played the role of “daughter of Vice” exceptionally well. I also thought his drug references to marry Poppins were hilarious and totally true when you think about it. Robin does not seem as close to Marshall and it does with some others and I thought it was cool that she found a special way to be there for him in his time of need – even if it does involve his 15-year cousin drunk.

Ted: Well, I waited a little longer to help Ted Marshall console. We can expect Barney to use to laugh, but I was expecting something great Ted, as he is usually very emotional.

Although it was another severe episode of HIMYM, I have always enjoyed. Although, I must admit that I hope it’s a bit light next week. Leave me a comment and let me know what you thought of tonight’s episode of How I Met Your Mother, “Last Words”!

Since CBS was kind enough to provide an online reviewer for this episode, I saw a couple of times over a long period, weekend filled with viruses. It is good that I have seen more than once, because I was wondering if my initial opinion of the episode was overshadowed by the combination of Mucinex, cough lozenges and zinc too.

But after watching again tonight at a little over a clear head, my first reaction was confirmed: In many ways, “Last Words ‘is better than eventful episode’ Bad News” there are two weeks. The emotions were authentic, the situation more poignant, and there was no countdown gadget to distract the viewer.

Instead of being maudlin, Bays and Thomas managed to mine that would normally be a very depressing situation for laughs, but not laugh that anyone would consider inappropriate.

Navigating the death of a character, even one as Marvin Eriksen, whose impact is seen more in the way he related to Marshall than anything else, is never easy for a sitcom. Funeral scenes, which are very funny moments, are out as wildly inappropriate (“Party Down” was an episode of funeral inclined that way, even though it was pretty funny) or cold and ruthless (when Susan died “Seinfeld”). In this case, all the laughs come from how the woman, Marshall and his family tried to keep his mind occupied during this difficult time.
