Hooters Sues Rival Restaurant

Hooters Sues Rival Restaurant, A heated rivalry between testosterone friendly Hooters (whose full name is Hooters of America, in case you get confused) and the creatively named, similarly bub-themed restaurants, Twin Peaks. What kind of well rounded, delicate secret, highly classified trade were stolen?

This seems like something that would not have a lot of information. I’m guessing his secret to success has to do with the well-endowed women and the rest is standard practice or so, but I was not aware of inside information, so what I can know? The lawsuit alleges that Joseph Hummel downloaded more than 500 pages of marketing plans, contractual agreements, recruitment tools and the sales figures before and after leaving the company. How do you filter out remains to be seen, but even if you receive a magazine Twin Peaks, a calendar, a parade of swimsuits and a lot of International spandex suits, there should be room in the market for both. After all, Hooters is “the beach with the theme” while the second is based on “Snow lodge style.” Completely different …
Or maybe not. Double IP Restaurant LLC filed a lawsuit against fellow breastaurant Grand Teton for violating “trade dress”, also known as scantliy waitress uniforms dresses.
