Haboob Dust Storm

Habub Dust StormHabub Dust Storm, Large dust storm hit Phoenix and parts of Pinal County on Monday afternoon. The wave of dust, also known as “habub” was produced by the severe storms east of Phoenix.

These storms dug at the outputs of gusts up dust and dirt from the fields and farm desert around Phoenix. Viability was reduced to 100 meters at some points. In Interstate 8 west of Casa Grande, there was a seven-vehicle accident reported minor injuries. Storms in southeastern Arizona did not reach severe levels, but produces strong winds in the south and east of metropolitan Tucson.

A 49 mph gust was recorded at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The Tucson International Airport, a 46 mph wind gust was recorded. Tell me original size was reported in Green Valley, with small hail is also hitting parts of Vail and Corona de Tucson.
