Google Docs Get Major Upgrade, Adds New Collaboration Features,According to Huffingtonpost Sources Google has updated its online package of word processing and spreadsheets for further work as the Microsoft applications with which they are competing.
The changes introduced Monday include various editing tools for word processing and fastest way to fill the cells in spreadsheets. The new features have been widely used in commodity Microsoft Office suite of software.

The result is an overall improvement in Google Docs, including the completely redesigned spreadsheet, document and drawing editors, the group chat functionality and the ability to collaborate in real time mark character by character, like Google Wave. You can see the new changes, starting today.
The word that describes updates on today is collaboration. Google (Google) believe that “collaboration is broken” People make the revisions to the document, but a person keeps a bad day can ruin the whole document. Thus, the belief that Google is building a browser version of collaboration software that bridges the gap between the desktop and the web is key to improving collaboration and faster innovation.
Google Inc. has been trying to lure users away from the products of Microsoft Corp. ‘s for many years in an effort to siphon income from one of its biggest rivals.
The main distinction between the two programs is that Google hosts its applications over the Internet while the Microsoft software is typically installed on individual computers.
