Golf Cart Crash And Texas State Title Game, A runaway golf cart struck a group of people on the field at Cowboys Stadium after Spring Dekaney’s win in the Class 5A Division II state title game against Cibolo Steele on Saturday.

The cart appeared to be parked in the corner of an end zone when it accelerated on its own and crashed into a group of people near midfield.

One man was taken off the field on a stretcher. Spring Dekaney coach Willie Amendola was also hit but appeared to only suffer a cut on his arm.

According to video replay and Fox Sports Southwestanlyst Craig Way, a stadium worker appeared to be picking up pylons and placing them in the cart when one of the pylons fell on the accelerator, causing it to stick and the cart to take off down the field.
