Golden Globe Nominations 2011

Golden Globe Nominations 2011, Glee topped the list of television-related nominations for Golden Globe for the year 2010, receiving five nominations: Best Television Series (Musical or Comedy), Lea Michele as Best Actress in a Television Series (Musical or Comedy), Matthew Morrison, Best Actor in a Television Series (Comedy or Musical), Jane Lynch as Best Actress in a Series, Miniseries or Movie Made for Television, Chris Colfer for Best Actor in a Series, Miniseries or Movie Made for Television. Presented annually by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, will be the ceremony of the Golden Globes on January 16, 2011, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, hosted by Ricky Gervais.

Two actors currently appearing in Broadway are among the nominees for the Golden Globe: Time Stands Still star Laura Linney is against Miguel, Toni Collette (United States of Tara, Edie Falco (Nurse Jackie) and Tina Fey (30 Rock) for his starring role in Showtime’s The Merchant of Venice Grand C. star Al Pacino has been nominated for his performance as Dr. Jack Kevorkian in the movie do not know Jack.

In the categories of feature, the speech of the King has received seven nominations, one more than the combat and the social network.
