Glutino PB&J Sandwich, A food company said its survey of U.S. adults suggests peanut butter and jelly is the preferred “All-American” sandwich.

Glutino, a Quebec company that conducted the survey to coincide with the release of its new Genius brand gluten-free bread, said the telephone survey of 1,006 adults Oct. 13-16 found 30 percent of respondents named peanut butter and jelly the “All-American” sandwich, compared to 17 percent for the BLT, 12 percent supporting grilled cheese and 9 percent backing the club sandwich.
