George W. Bush Reaction, Former President George W. Bush was “not happy” when President Barack Obama said that Osama bin Laden had died of the campaign to find the leader of Al Qaeda was not “hate, but accurate opinion,” Bush said at a conference of hedge fund managers in Las Vegas on Wednesday.
In his first public comments on the murder frank, Bush recalled that he left a restaurant in Dallas, May 1 to take the call from Obama, who said simply: “Osama bin Laden is dead, ‘” Bush told an audience of about 1,800 people. Bush said the decision to order the raid was a “good call.”
“The intelligence services deserve much credit,” he said. “They built a mosaic of pieces of information from.”
Former President George W. Bush made his first public comments on the murder Franca of Osama bin Laden during an appearance Wednesday at a conference of hedge fund managers in Las Vegas.

The 43 th president and the man who started the hunt for bin Laden after 9 / 11 attacks has been avoided in the spotlight since news broke nearly two weeks ago. Bush has declined requests for interviews and inviting Obama to join him at Ground Zero for a ceremony to four days after the raid.
Appearing before the crowd of 1,800 in the swanky Bellagio hotel and casino, Bush appeared happy and relaxed when talking about the death of Bin Laden.
When asked by the forum moderator Melissa Lee of CNBC how he felt upon hearing the news, Bush said he was “not happy”, explaining that the campaign to find the mastermind 11/09 was not “for hatred, but the exact opinion. ”
The development is ultimately a victory for the American people, he said.
“The guy is dead. That’s good,” Bush, said bin Laden. “Osama’s death is a great victory in the war on terror. It was presented as a leader.”
“The intelligence services deserve much credit. They built a mosaic of information, piece by piece,” he said, claiming no credit for him.
“SEAL Team Six met in Afghanistan. They are awesome, skilled, talented and courageous,” he added. “He said, ‘I hope you have everything you need. A man said:” We need your permission to go to Pakistan and kick ass. ”
Bush said that U.S. foreign policy should continue to promote the ideas of democracy and freedom as a way of combating global t*rror*sm.
“The long-term solution is to promote a better ideology, which is freedom. Freedom is universal,” Bush said. “People do not look like we want freedom as well. The family of [former Secretary of State] Condoleezza Rice, over 100 years ago, I wanted freedom. It is only when you have no hope in a society that enrolls in a suicide bombing team. “
