Free Bridge Re-erect And Maintain It
October 26, 2011 by staff
The steel bridge girder three-span on the Kentucky River at the southeast corner of the state would be free and available after a new bridge is completed next year to carry Kentucky 80.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports (http://bit.ly/vLUboA) that the Council of Ministers of Transport of Kentucky even pay to demolish the 82 years of age, a bridge of 456 meters and transportation to the location of the new owner.
The problem is that the wearer has to go back in its original form and its maintenance.
The department says that the bridge would be a good entrance to a walking trail or could go to a private owner who just happened to need a good bridge is too narrow to state specifications.
