Frankie Muniz & Politics, Frankie Muniz is going to take a dip in the world of politics. The former child actor, who rose to fame with the family comedy “Malcolm in the Middle,” recently shared with his followers on Twitter that is intended to be a politician. The Twitter Friday, June 17: “I’m going to be a politician.”
In the tweet itself, the 25-year-old actor-turned-racing driver, wrote: “I am running for public office,” and promised “I will be announcing soon.” He ended the post with a hashtag “Muniz2016.” While currently residing in Arizona, it is still unclear where he will be throwing his hat in the ring.
Back in February, Frankie made headlines when he became involved in internal conflict with his girlfriend Elycia fire Turnbow. The altercation allegedly led him to pick up a gun and keep it in your head. His girlfriend told police at the moment possibly he intended to commit suicide.
Frankie, through its representative, denied that he was suicidal and insisted on a “weapon played no role” in the fight. Days later, her spokesman told People that the actor and Elycia are “well” and are “still a couple,” before adding, “what they are concerned, their problems are resolved.”
