A police report said Elycia Muniz claims Turnbow pulled out a gun and held it against his head Friday night after the two quarreled about previous relationships.

Turnbow told police she was worried that the 25-year Muniz could be suicidal, so she called one of his bandmates to take him to the hospital.

The star of “Malcolm in the Middle” TV show told police that the gun was not loaded. But the Arizona Republic reports officers the gun in a closet down the house Muniz and it was loaded.

Muniz publicist says the actor was not arrested, was not suicidal and Turnbow was not assaulted.
