The mobile banking solution Clairmail allow Fifth Third to providing our customers greater control over their personal finances via the mobile web, SMS and a client application on virtually any mobile device, including iPhone. The platform will enable customers to perform various activities including checking account balances, make transfers account and view transaction history. They will also have the opportunity to sign up for alerts via SMS, while setting alert preferences triggers (low balance threshold or event occurrences that activate alerts), and frequency.
