Father's Day MessageFather’s Day Message, These parents of heroes who have posted special Father’s Day for their families back home. Lynden Private Dudley, Salford, and Corporal Phil Corlett, from Oldham, are dog handlers with the British Armed Forces serving in Afghanistan.

Instead of being pampered by your loved ones this weekend will go on hunting patrol with specially trained sniffer dogs from improvised explosive devices. But they have sent these letters MEN poignant loved ones who miss them very much. Private Dudley, 24, married to Grace and sends this message to your Layton six months old son. “I would say hello to Layton. Daddy is missing a lot and loses his smile and laughter. “I hope you’re not being too much of a handful of mom. Loves you load see you soon. I love you Grace. Happy Anthony Dudley my father too. I love you all.”

Corporal Corlett, 24, wife Cathy and daughter Ellie four years old. His message read: “Hi Ellie, Mom tells me that being a girl too good for her and being very good at school. “I’m very proud of you and miss you very much. Caring for mum and Rosie for me and I’ll see soon. Love Daddy.” Philip’s wife, Cathy, 24, told the men that the family are gathering on Sunday to celebrate Father’s Day, adding: “We would like to wish Happy Father’s Day. We are waiting to return home safely and we miss you loads.
