Facebook Shutting Down March 15

January 9, 2011 by USA Post

Facebook Shutting Down March 15, We heard wild rumors of our time here in the MSO, but perhaps the most incredible we’ve heard so far is the one that goes viral across the Internet right now who says that Facebook, the popular social networking site, stops. Not only that, but rumors also indicate a date of March 15.

Now, call me stupid, but I’m willing to hold my neck on the line here and say this is rumors and nothing more. Not for a moment do I believe but I can tell you more about the rumor that pervades the world and concern that many people are working themselves up into frenzy about it instead. Google Trends is great to see mentions of Facebook and it also stop causing mayhem Twitter is rumored that quite categorically that Facebook is not just temporarily stopped or undergoing maintenance, but completely end once and for all.

More on The Huffington Post, Craig Kannalley reports of some of the reaction is going to Twitter and Facebook, where a group to stop the closure has already been established. It is possible that the rumors started with an amalgam of things I’m confused and made people to add one and one equal three. First Yahoo announced that Yahoo Video was to stop the downloading of videos on March 15, so that may be the date comes. Second, a recent blog reports on CNN Goldman Sachs investment in Facebook has said it might be “the beginning of the end”

Samyuktha Krishnappa more about International Business Times goes further and says that rumors started from reports on a blog saying that Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s CEO, gave a press conference and told, “Facebook has lost control and stress management of this company has ruined my life. I need to end all follies. “Another report says that Zuckerberg said in a phone call,” Personally, I do not think it’s a big deal. And to be honest, I think it’s for the better. Without Facebook, people will go out and make real friends. ”

The same blog site also said that the vice president of technical affairs at Facebook, avrate Humarthi said that the site was to close on March 15 and that people should remove their photos on the site. Please do not believe everything that we know that some people is really worried about it. It is also noteworthy that none of the new consumer technologies and sites has reported that time and they would certainly have been the first to know if there was some truth.

Our advice here at the OSM is not to believe any of these rumors and if it does turn out to be true, I will personally eat my hat (not that I am one). Do you have any ideas on this rumor to share with us? If so please send your comments we would like to know what you think about it.
