ESPN Goals app passes 1m downloads

The milestone was reached last week with viewers who generate more than 63.1m minutes of viewing time through the application.
The application, Millennium ESPN, was originally a proposal for signing of funds when launched at the beginning of last season.
Relaunched the application, which has new features such as video goal alerts, generates 50 page views in the two months since its launch and also helped drive references for premium subscriptions, according to ESPN.
The station also announced that EA, Continental Tyres and cosmetics brand Mentholatum have agreed to short-term pre-roll video ads around clips within the application of this season. ESPN also publish display ads.
Tom Gleeson, vice president of ESPN Digital Media International, said: “The application reflects our approach of bringing the multi-screen fans access to football, which is something that we will continue to improve as our business grows in the the United Kingdom. ”
At the beginning of the season, which began in August, ESPN reached an agreement with Bet365 to offer a “bet now” in the implementation of the Millennium, which allow users to access the latest possibilities of betting website.
