Elizabeth Edwards Will, (AP) – Elizabeth Edwards will signed days before her death last month makes no mention of her ex-husband and two-time presidential candidate John Edwards. Elizabeth Edwards signed the document on December 1, six days before her death, as the names of her eldest son, Cate Edwards’ lawyer, as executor of her estate.

In the will, filed in Superior Court in Orange County, North Carolina, Edwards leaves all her personal belongings, automobiles and other property to her children – Cate, 12, Emma Claire and 10 years, Jack.

John and Elizabeth Edwards separated early last year after 32 years of marriage. John Edwards admitted that he fathered a child during an affair with a former campaign worker.

HILLSBOROUGH, NC (AP) – Elizabeth Edwards will signed days before her death last month makes no mention of her ex-husband and two-time presidential candidate John Edwards.

The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Thursday that Elizabeth Edwards has left all her property to her three surviving children.

His last will and testament that names the executor of her estate to her eldest son, lawyer Cate Edwards.

Elizabeth Edwards died Dec. 7, six days after he signed the will filed in Superior Court of Orange County, North Carolina.

The edwardsi separated early last year after 32 years of marriage. John Edwards admitted that he fathered a child during an affair with a former campaign worker.
