Eddie Murphy, Eddie Murphy has said that he won’t use obscene language on stage when he hosts the Oscar awards this year.

The famous comedian was earlier confirmed as the host for the 83rd Academy Awards.

He is currently acting with Ben Stiller in the hit comedy ‘Tower Heist’ and is set to be the voice of Hong Kong Phooey in the animated movie next year.

“I don’t plan on cursing. I am not going to you know when I get to the Oscars say ****. Then I am going to say other things. I don’t have any intentions, but every now and then a curse may slip out,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying on the Ellen DeGeneres show.
