Eagles Lions TradeEagles Lions Trade, Against the Detroit Lions to acquire time running back Ronnie Brown is off. ESPN reported that the Lions trade Jerome Harrison and a draft pick in 2013 from the Philadelphia Eagles Brown has been canceled due to health problems related to Harrison. The Lions only confirmed that the deal fell through.

He asked his feelings about the deal falling apart, said Brown via text message, “without words.”

Brown did not train with the Lions today, and the Lions took care to speak of an acquisition that is expected to increase insurance for their backfield. Jahvid Best Start is nursing his second concussion of the season and did not practice today.

“It’s a new multidimensional running, and I do not want to comment too much on it because it still is not official yet,” Lions coach Jim Schwartz said when asked about Brown. “Must pass a physical exam to be official, but hopefully that will happen here soon, and if so, is a big back, but also a skilled rider.”

Asked about Brown’s familiarity with offensive coordinator Scott Linehan of the Lions – Brown was a rookie in Miami when Linehan was offensive coordinator for the Dolphins – Schwartz said, “I think if I talk too much anywhere someone might find something wrong an X-ray exam, so I think I’m going to finish that. ”

Brown was not in the field of individual portion of the Lions practice today. It was expected that in the city this morning by his physique after Tuesday’s operation was announced.

Best practices left missing Maurice Morris and Williams Keiland to divide all the representatives of the practice in the corridor.

“He had a hard time with some of the lights after the game,” said Schwartz Best of. “These are signs that we must be attentive, and you have to be objective. We will have a joint protocol that has to go back to the court.”

The Lions also signed running back James Davis to the practice squad and released tight end Nathan Overbay. Davis left the Lions on Tuesday.

Brown told the Free Press on Tuesday that it expected to contribute in short-yardage situations and goal line.

“I am familiar with Jahvid and what has been able to do,” Brown said Tuesday. “I think it’s a talented guy and look forward to working with him. And I feel like there’s a chance (a) be part of something. They are obviously in the right way, at 5-1, and I think they have tremendous goals . And I have the same type of goals for myself, so I feel like everything just solved. Let’s see what happens. ”

Tight end Tony Scheffler and linebacker Justin Durant not practice today because of a concussion, although Durant, who has lost three consecutive games, tweeted on Tuesday he expects to play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

Defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch (neck), the receiver Rashied Davis (foot), safety Vince Fuller (elbow) and defensive backs Amari Spievey (hamstring), Aaron Berry (groin) and Chris Houston also missed practice .
