“It was a great sense of relief and gratitude that we learned that Sean, and his son, Kevin, survived the plane crash in Alaska”, President of EADS North America, Ralph D. Crosby Jr. said in a statement. “We extend our deepest condolences to the families of those less fortunate in this terrible accident.
“We owe a debt of gratitude for the heroic efforts of the crew and other rescue personnel who rushed to the scene. We expect full recovery of Sean and his prompt return to EADS North America.”
The Associated Press reported that O’Keefe and his son have some broken bones and other injuries.
