Dylan Lauren, HarperCollins Publishers has announced the first acquisition of inkpop (www.inkpop.com), its interactive website for teenagers last week in writing. The holder of the trademark, Leigh Fallon, will introduce the reader to a?? Fresh and exciting, romance paranormal AU connecting two teenagers in a supernatural destiny. Its output-expected fall 2011.
The site also www.inkpop.com team with the CEO and founder of Dylan’s Candy Bar member, Dylan Lauren to help unpack their members inkpop, sweet, the life of the AU. On promotion of a month, inkpop will host an hour live chat with Dylan to discuss their passions and how she made her dreams of creating a candy store become a reality.
Inkpop will also host Dylan’s Candy Bar member, AOS first contest of interactive writing. Users will be invited to discuss their own dreams and the winners of the bar of Dylan Candy Writing Contest participant will receive a package of luscious, including an exclusive invitation to a party Dylan OSA Candy Bar to be held at flagship store in New York City.
Dylan Lauren (born May 9, 1974 in New York City, New York) is the daughter of Ralph Lauren clothing brand and owner of Dylan’s Candy Bar, the largest candy store in the world, based in New York City. Ricky Lauren’s mother and her brothers Andrew and filmmaker David Lauren Lauren.
Dylan graduated from Duke University in 1996 where she studied art history. Seeing Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory inspired Dylan’s Candy Bar on her sixth birthday. She describes it as the most “memorable birthday party I ever had. I must have been in kindergarten, and I had all my friends more. Somehow my parents have a print, set up a movie screen in our house, and did a little show there. It was like going to Disneyland. ”
Dylan was named one of Top 25 Most New Yorkers style by U.S. Weekly in 2007. Her favorite designers include Ralph Lauren, Alice and Olivia, and 7 For All Mankind.
