DWTS All Stars 2012
September 25, 2012 by staff
DWTS All Stars 2012, DWTS is off and dancing with the first all-stars season that this popular ABC show has backed. With so much talent hitting the floorboards this time around, it’s tough for non-dancers and non-athletes to make a big showing right off the bat.
Sadly, Pam Anderson fits into that category. The actress, who was the sixth person voted off the program when she first appeared on Dancing with the Stars in its tenth season, is back for more. But, this familiar face and even more familiar silhouette may not be back for long.
This time out, the buxom blonde is partnered with cutie Tristan MacMa**s who looks good with the Pl**yboy centerfold–but that’s when these two are standing still. When Pam and her man dance, the pro of this pair does his best to avoid upstaging Anderson, which isn’t easy.
However, even before these two did their thing, the former Baywatch star seemed bored while sitting with the rest of the competitors as each took their turn on the floorboards. She just didn’t seem to be into the camaraderie that has already formed among the eager contestants as she lounged on a long banquette looking, well, quite frankly, bored.
And boring is how she looked on the dance floor despite her appealing nde colored outfit that showed how voluptuous this 41-year-old woman is and probably always will be. But that her physical appearance, no matter how enticing to certain folks, is not going to win her a mirror ball trophy on DWTS. Not at all.
That said, it was almost as if the powers that be who assign the show’s dances decided to be prophetic when picking the music for Pam and Tristan’s initial offering. The name of the song? “You Know I’m No Good.” Indeed, this title may even be an understatement when describing how Anderson danced on this reality show premiere.
In fact, this ultimate babe–who didn’t hide the fact that she likes to flirt as seen in the footage when Pam was introduced to her new partner–was atrocious. She did pull out some bad girl moves (mostly through lascivious and quite exaggerated facial expressions), but she was really wooden when it came to moving across the floor during her live performance.
That said, Anderson was admonished by judge Bruno Tonioli, who told Pam she has to actually work hard to continue on with the show. Meanwhile, Len Goodman likened her effort to that of a little kid learning to ride a bike. He said she was “a bit shaky and [she] didn’t fall over.” So, that was kind of encouraging in a nondescript sort of way.
With those comments in mind, what do you think? Do you think DWTS 2012 was the place for Pam Anderson to be during the premiere of the first ever all-stars season? Do you think this Hollywood babe can get any further in this competition or do you think she’ll be voted off come tomorrow night? Weigh in below and then watch Dancing with the Stars, the results show, on Tuesday starting at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
