Douglas Brian Irvin Jr, An actor who had a small role in the film “Hangover” and television series “CSI” is charged with impersonating a police officer to force a woman to have sex. Police said Douglas Brian Irvin Jr. responded to an advertisement for a sensual body massage and asked for a masseuse to come to his hotel room in the Hooters Casino Hotel in Las Vegas on May 15.
She told investigators that Irvin touched against their will and offered him 10 thousand and for sex. She said she agreed, but asked for money upfront.
Next, the researchers said Irvin pulled a laminated identification card that said “police” and said he would have sex with him free or else his arrest by the vice.
Irvin, 32, faces several charges. She was booked Thursday in the Detention Center Clark County, accused of impersonating an officer, the oppression under color of law, and sexual assault and coercion. He was held without bail.
Although Irvin denied impersonating a police officer and said the sex was consensual, authorities found a police badge he rolled. The police also said they checked his cell phone and found several pictures of him in police uniform and a photo identification card from the police identified as a “special agent.” He told police the photos were of her roles in films and television.
Irvin also played an FBI agent in the 2008 video release of “Stargate: The Ark of Truth” and an intern in three episodes of medical drama “ER,” according to Internet Movie Database.
