Dolphins Game Marriage Proposals

Dolphins Game Marriage Proposals, 2010 – What’s the only thing worse than a marriage proposal during halftime of a sporting event between two teams with nothing on the line? Try two of them.
If you don’t believe it, you only needed to see the faces on the women who were asked. On back-to-back moments caught on the scoreboard during the Dolphins-Lions game Sunday, two Dolphins fans (one wearing a Dan Marino jersey) presented rings to a couple of lucky ladies.
The first woman waited at least 10 seconds with a stunned look on her face before offering a less-than-thrilled lackluster nod of approval.
The second woman simply covered her face with her t-shirt.
The camera cut away before she gave any type of answer. Awkward? You bet.
Sure, the men could have popped the question one day earlier on one of the most romantic holidays of the year. Then again, nothing says romance like a 1 p.m. kickoff between Miami and Detroit – two teams eliminated from the playoffs.
But hey, at least fans at Sun Life Stadium finally got some worthy entertainment.
