DMX Release, Problems rapper DMX was released from a prison in Arizona on Tuesday after spending seven months behind bars for violating probation, said his manager. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was released from prison in Yuma, in western Arizona, and was received by a member of its management team, a security guard and a driver, Nakai manager told Reuters in Walker a telephone interview.
“His first words were:” I’m home, ‘”Walker said, adding that Simmons called his wife after his release and plans to see her two-month-old daughter on Monday.
“I can tell you one thing, it will not go there (in jail) again,” he said.
Simmons, 40, was jailed in December after telling a judge that he had broken the rules of his probation by consuming alcohol during a concert in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Simmons, whose albums include “It’s Dark and Hell is Hot” and “Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood” has a long history of legal problems in Arizona.
Simmons was cited six times for rules infractions while in prison, including most recently not undergoing a drug test that delayed its release for a week.
Simmons said Walker plans to return to a recording studio in Arizona to finish work on a yet-to-be named new album, including a single with fellow rapper Busta Rhymes.
