Disney Aulani ResortDisney Aulani Resort, Disney is putting the finishing touches on its 21 acres Aulani Resort and Spa at Ko Olina, and before the doors open next August, a total of 800 jobs to be filled. Aulani Djuan Rivers Vacation Club vice president said the station wants to hire local workers. “We are looking for people who are genuine who have the heart to deliver the history of Hawaii and provide an excellent service,” said Rivers. Kalani Arlene, of Kaimuki, just landed a supervisory role, overseeing the cleaning and custodial rooms resort hotel of 359 and 481 two-bedroom villas. “I think it is ideal for all people living on the islands of Hawaii, because Disney is a great brand, well known, and I’m very excited to be here and part of the opening team,” said Kalani. The importance of Hawaiian culture and history are strongly expressed among executives Aulani.

As part of the recruitment process, potential employees applying to work in the restaurant on the property Olelo have to speak only in Hawaii. 25 places available for this restaurant alone.

Elliot Mills, general manager, has this to say about the type of employee Aulani Resort is looking for:
