Detroit Free Press Marathon

Detroit Free Press Marathon, Due to the 33rd Detroit Free Press Marathon, which starts at 6:59 Sunday, a number of roads will be closed from downtown.

Race organizers, in collaboration with the police, provided this list of approximate time for the closure:

W. Between Washington and Fort Lodge Service Drive, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

W. Between Washington and Lafayette Lodge Service Drive, 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Between W. Washington Congress, and Michigan, 6:00 to 2:00 p.m.

W. Lodge Service Drive between Fort and W. Large, 6-9 pm

Michigan between the sixth and the Campus Martius, 6 are to noon.

W. Woodward between Congress and Rivard, 6 are to noon.

E. Lafayette between Rivard and Seminole, 6 h-12 h 30

E. Crane between Jefferson and Mt. Elliott, 6 am-1: 30 pm

E. Larned exit ramp Lodge Freeway, 6:00 to 2:00 p.m.

I-375 exit ramp to Lafayette / reader service (closed south of Lafayette), 6:00 to 2:00 p.m.

I-375 W. Jefferson (Jefferson and restricted access to points south), 6:00 to 2:00 p.m.
