Dennis Green Dies at Age 67

Dennis Green Dies at Age 67, Dennis Green, who coached the Minnesota Vikings and the Arizona Cardinals over 13 seasons in the NFL, died Thursday night at the age of 67 years.
“Dennis died last night from complications of cardiac arrest,” he said Green’s family said in a statement. “His family was at his side and he fought hard.”
Green Vikings made eight playoff appearances in 10 seasons from 1992 to 2001, reaching the final of the NFC in 1998 and 2000. He led the Vikings to a 15-1 regular season in 1998 and ranked second in the history of trained team in games, wins and winning percentage, behind the Hall of Fame coach Bud Grant each category.
