Delma Kinney Lottery, Luck is on the side of one Atlanta man. Delma Kinney scratched his way to his second $1 million payday in three years this week.

The 50-year-old Georgia man played the instant game Super Millions at convenience store in southwest Atlanta while purchasing cold medicine, reports the Associated Press.

“I sat in the car with the ticket, and when I saw the matching numbers, I knew,” Kinney told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Kinney won a million bucks off an instant game in 2008.

The first time around, this single father of three saved a portion of the money for college education. This time around, the lucky man plans on donating a portion of his winnings to charity.
