Good food with good friends and family, people tend to overeat. Studies have shown that it is because they eat more than usual, it feels so good and you can even feel as if someone hugs you.

Health experts have an explanation for this, saying that is the evolution that led us to overeat. People are programmed to eat as much as they can to help prepare for the lean months. There is also competition among consumers in others it is part of man’s instinct to compete.

Once that happens, our brain sends a message throughout our body, congratulating us on a job well done. They also send pleasure chemicals are usually caused by alcohol and drugs, even.

This was revealed by the study by Gary Wenk, “The Brain Food.”

“Our bodies will reward us in a big way to eat this kind of thing. When we find, we consume as much as possible because we do not know when we will see her again. Cognitively, we know that is not true,” he said.
