Dan Aykroyd, Dan Aykroyd is considering a start date of 2012 for Ghostbusters 3, even though Bill Murray has yet to sign it. The actor and writer Dan, who is to reprise his role as Dr. Raymond Stantz in the eagerly awaited follow-up, plans to begin filming next year, but leading man Bill did not commit.
“That’s our hope. We have an excellent script,” said Dennis Miller’s show, reporting deadline.
“What we have to remember is that Ghostbusters is bigger than any of the components, but Billy was absolutely the initiative and have helped massively, and the director Harold (Ramis), me and Sigourney (Weaver). ”
He continued: “The concept is much bigger than any individual paper and the promise of Ghostbusters 3 is that we have on hand the team and the franchise down to the new blood.”
Bill, who played Dr. Peter Venkman in the two deliveries cult, hit Ghostbusters, seemed skeptical about making a third exit,
The 59-year-old said: “We made a great movie and then did another, you know so we went to the source twice and it is almost impossible to make the second movie like this?”
But later he said: “I thought, ‘Maybe I should do the best it would be fun to do.” Because the kids are fun and I miss [Rick] Moranis and Annie [Potts] and Danny [Aykroyd] … I miss them. “
