Cuyahoga County Fair 2011Cuyahoga County Fair 2011, The Cuyahoga County Fair attracts people from all over Northeast Ohio – and one of its attractions is SPAM.

On Wednesday night, the fair held a recipe contest for SPAM. Those who think their dishes are worthy of the prize SPAM to cook a lot and submit it for competition at the fair.

Fair organizers said the SPAM recipe contest fosters creativity and requires knowledge of culinary experts in kitchen.

Winners are selected based on taste, at first, and the presentation of portions SPAM. Contestants can use their creativity to make breakfast SPAM with a maximum of 10 ingredients.

Winners of first second and third are rewarded with cash prizes and blue ribbons. First, advancing at the national judging.

SPAM Recipe trial begins at 7:30 tonight at the Fairgrounds Cuyahoga County, Berea. Entries will be accepted at the show, and judging takes place at the same time. More information about the Cuyahoga County Fair can be found at:
