Crossfit, CrossFit I-5 Elite Fitness Academy recently announced the expansion of their fitness programs into two new areas. CrossFit recently acquired two new certifications, Endurance CrossFit certification and power lifting CrossFit certification. Under these certificates CrossFit I-5 will offer two new classes, and CrossFit Endurance CrossFit Strength 2.0 I-5 classes. These new classes add much value to CrossFit I-5 Elite Fitness Academy experience.

CrossFit Endurance Certification was developed by a group of very experienced endurance athletes who participated in the ultimate endurance challenges, such as Canada and Iron Man Angeles Crest 100. The program is specifically designed to increase the potential maximum endurance of its participants. The program takes a three-step approach to strengthening the potential endurance of a participant. The first step is to improve running technique, leading to a maximization of efficiency. The second step is to create a base of the combined force of air conditioning equally. The last step is to undergo a much disciplined running of the program carried out at a very high intensity. By combining these three steps with excellent nutrition, this program is for maximizing the effective potential of endurance in the world. This program has been scientifically proven to reduce injuries, increase efficiency and increase strength and speed of its participants.

The I-5 CrossFit Endurance Team is looking for a group of individuals to follow the training program and perform endurance events throughout California. It is open to runners of all levels of competence and accomplishment.

Strategically designed to build strength and power of its participants, the I-5 Strength CrossFit Class 2.0 builds gradually force a participant to weight ratio. Louie Simmons of the gym famous West Side Barbell in Columbus, Ohio created the CrossFit certification of lifting power. He is a consultant to force the college and many NFL teams.
