Cow Upstairs Downstairs

December 16, 2011 by staff

Cow Upstairs Downstairs, Is it true that cows can be lead upstairs but not downstairs? If so, why?
No. My farm had stairs (we since filled them in and make a ramp) and the cows went up and down them twice a day. The stairs were fine for the cows, but hard to clean.

I should note that these are not your ordinary house stairs; they were concrete, 12 feet wide, 3 feet deep per step, and about 6 inches of height.
