Court Tv Casey Anthony

June 27, 2011 by USA Post

Court Tv Casey AnthonyCourt Tv Casey Anthony, The New York Times today tells us that the trial of Casey Anthony, who is sentenced to death for allegedly killing her child Caylee, has become “hot attraction this year” for tourists who spend time in Central Florida. Even Mickey Mouse has left his gig to go to see the unfolding drama.

Well, not really, he is too dedicated an employee to always act so irresponsibly. But people who are not cartoons, at least, obviously not, have participated in some unusual decisions and decision-sacrifice, not to mention behavior, trying to get day passes to the criminal justice means media spectacle du jour. Such as:

Standing under the Florida sun for 10 hours at a rate
Sleeping on the line during the night (at least it’s cooler)
Skirmish
Extreme-scuffling/brawling
Running down the court as if a bull in Pamplona and pursues them, or they are running into a Gap store, where all the elements just been declared free, or who have lost all sense of perspective and decorum
As strange and disturbing as the fights and stampedes of the entries are some of the reactions of people are forced to the “characters” in the trial. “I feel like I know these people,” one woman told the Times, adding that read “95 percent” of the case statements and transcripts of the hearing. If Anthony is acquitted, “people form a fuss … I think she is the most hated person in America.” Another woman says she is, “cried many many tears” of Caylee, a girl who knew who was unfortunately only one of the many children who die in suspicious or violent circumstances.

What about this particular trial, has gripped the audience as well? The Times explains a bit:

Women in line (and most are women) say they have been especially touched by the sordid death of Caylee adorable apparent insensitivity and Mrs. Anthony, who prosecutors say killed her son because he got tired of motherhood and then not report the child missing for a month. And when they contacted the police, she blamed a babysitter that never-to-be-located for kidnapping Caylee.

However, anger, channeling is not the only reason, another seems to imply, to use the word for him Bonita Burton, an “obsession.” In an opinion piece for the Orlando Sentinel that works fairly high in the projection, Burton makes a mention of her daughter Caylee physically resembles before launching into a series of generalizations about “women”, “mother” and ” daughters. ” As she says, “Every mother is sickly race through the aisles of target, calling for a missing child, has a special connection with this case. And every mother who has sacrificed her fitness routines, TV shows and life social sleepless nights, marathons and Yo Gabba Gabba Friday night at the World birthday has a special outrage. ”

But what about mothers who have not followed this process at all, or do not even know what is happening? Are possibly not very indignant. What about mothers who are not paying for the trial of Anthony until sentencing? Or mothers who were disgusted and discouraged by the OJ Simpson trial, the trial of Scott Peterson, and all other super hyped murder trials that have helped transform the real human suffering in a commercial product for sale from the racks magazine installed in the log output lines supermarket? And what about mothers who can actually ignore the magazines full of Casey Anthony exposes pro-starring Angelina Jolie momlebrity models because they are not interested in being trapped in cycles of morbidity and media tale communication?

That brings up the final theme, running throughout this twisted murder-depressing spectacle: Much is ratings and profits, and people get so caught up in the drama could be fooled. As the Times reporter, Brian Stelter wrote earlier this month, the saga of Casey Anthony is a “multidimensional telenovela” to HLN, the network broadcast of the action. Before the trial began Anthony, the ratings were falling. But since then, the public HLN “has more than doubled,” which has led to greater coverage and better grades. And ka-ching! “I want to repeat this when the trial begins Conrad Murray,” said an executive of HLN Stelter, apparently aware of the current conversion rate to dollars emotions.

If people can take virtually all the drama unfold on television from the comfort of your own home, then why are dropping tons of cash and in fights just to see a small portion of it in person? One reason is that people have been fascinated by trials ever since. But in addition, the Times suggests today, people want to be able to say, “I was there” when Anthony said in her own name. Despite the entertainmentification of life, people appreciate and seek authentic experiences, unique, it seems.

Of course, all hunters’ trial could simply head down to your local criminal court and get as much drama as the court in Orlando offers. Who knows, perhaps without all the cameras and to distract the fighters can do during a particularly introspective, if you just spend the same amount of energy to improve their communities as they do following a story that they have no control more real, it could actually affect the world around them in a productive manner. Then perhaps all Caylen in the U.S. could grow safely, and nothing would stand in line for more.
