Columbus Dispatch, (AP) – An Ohio teenager was killed early Saturday morning after a car full of teenagers swerved a country road and overturned.

The Columbus Dispatch reports that 18-year-old Samantha Thompson of Junction City died after the car overturned in Amanda Township – about 25 miles south of Columbus.

The four other youths in the car – including the driver of 19 years – were taken to local hospitals. The dispatch reports that the driver in good condition and three other passengers were released.

Authorities are investigating what caused the accident. Charges are pending a review by prosecutors of Fairfield County.
