Coldplay's New SongsColdplay’s New Songs, After being sued by Joe Satriani on Viva La Vida “Coldplay are taking no chances with his new single” Every tear is a waterfall. “ The quartet has been credited to the late songwriter Peter Allen – dubbed by some as “Australia’s answer to Barry Manilow” – on the track, saying it “contains elements of” I Go to Rio “by Peter Allen and Adrienne Anderson.” The song was a single for Allen in 1976.
