According to The Orlando Sentinel, Tucker bought the house and 6 million, but the forms of foreclosure filed in Lake County Civil Court and shows that he owes more than 4.4 million to SunTrust Bank. Tucker monthly payments mortgage on the property and were 25,812.50 and the Internal Revenue Service placed a lien and $ 11.5 million in the house to ensure that they paid the federal income tax.

The mansion has five bedrooms, a personal spa, three fireplaces, an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool and a basement designed to resemble the deck of a pirate ship, even with a candle. The Sentinel reports that the property is now estimated worth and only 1.6 million.

Tucker has been silent on the issue until now, but people said it had canceled a performance Oct. 16 in Albany, New York, due to “unforeseen circumstances”. According to The Times Union of Albany, that the action was originally scheduled for September 03.
