Chris Bosh’s Lawsuit, The Boston Celtics are not the only opponent in the minds of these days Chris Bosh. In addition to the defense of the Celtics Kevin Garnett, who also is trying to prevent his former girlfriend and mother of his young son to appear in the third season of VH1′s reality show “The wives of basketball.”?

The Heat forward has filed a lawsuit in California District Court on Monday against his ex, Allison Mathis, and Shed Media, which produces the program. Bosh suit alleges that Mathis “is trying to promote their own brand” through the exploitation of their previous relationship with Bosch, its status as the father of her son, and his name and image.

Bosh also objects to the fact that a program called “Women’s Basketball” in basketball have actually ex-girlfriend as Mathis, noting in demand, “Although the reality show called ‘wives Basketball” [emphasis added], the prominent women in the scheme are not spouses of current NBA players. “This gives women and Mathis with an ax to grind a” global hub “, to use players like Bosh” for their own commercial benefit “.

The lawsuit is the second phase Bosh effort to keep her former show. According to TMZ, which previously tried to “put the ki-Bosh” in his appearance on the program dealing directly with producers, but that effort failed, apparently.

Bosh is not the first NBA star to come into conflict with the show. Last year, the former Heat center (and current Celtic) Shaquille O’Neal’s producers sent a letter threatening Shed Media to court in an attempt to stop his ex-wife Shaunie appeared in the show.

Bosh suit seeks an injunction against the use Bosh image, picture or story of life on the show as well as other damages. Something tells us that this conflict will not go away quietly.
