CEO Mark Hurd,The former actress who accused Hewlett-Packard, Mark Hurd, CEO of sexual harassment says he is “shocked and saddened” he lost his job in his allegations. Jodie Fisher, 50, worked in the marketing department at HP from 2007 to 2009, earning up to 5,000 per event and meet and greet the executives. She says she “was never my intention” that his allegations would cost Hurd work.

Fisher, who recently was in a dating show called Age of Love and is being represented by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, refused to discuss details of his harassment claim, but said she and Hurd have agreed a undisclosed sum, the New York Daily News reported. Fisher says she never had a sexual relationship with the CEO, who resigned on Friday after falsifying expense reports for dinner he had with her were discovered.
