Casey Anthony Parents Home, Casey Anthony has been ordered to return to her hometown of Orlando, Florida to serve a one-year probation stemming from an incident of check fraud in 2008, but a place that Anthony is not going home to their parents Hopespring Drive.
According to counsel Cindy and George Anthony, Mark Lippman, Anthony not only not to return home where he lived before serving jail time, but says her parents do not currently know the whereabouts of her daughter.
“They are really trying to get ahead.’ve Been through a lot, and they find out the next step,” Lippman said about his clients.
Lipmann asked if Anthony’s parents would take a call from her daughter if she called. “That depends on many things,” he said in a response. “I do not know what they would do until it happened. And their answers would probably be different. Cindy could, but not George.”
Although Anthony’s defense contended that Anthony would not be safe to serve probation in Orlando, where it remains overwhelmingly disliked, Judge Belvin Perry – who presided over Anthony murder trial – said that although he would have serving one year in Orlando, do not release the address where she decides to stay.
As part of probation, should allow your probation officer to visit your home or workplace located on the fifth day of each month, (2) should not drink alcohol to the extent that “his normal faculties are deteriorate, “and (3) to work a” lawful occupation and support for dependents best of [his] ability. ”
In addition, she has to pay and 20 plus 4% surcharge per month for supervision, not to change their residence, work or leave the country without obtaining consent, not having possession of a weapon without consent, and having possession of marijuana or other controlled substances.
In 2010, Anthony was convicted of stealing a friend’s checkbook and the establishment of a few checks for a total of 400 and and then go to buy food and clothing. Anthony has to inform the Department of Corrections on or before August 26.
