Casey Anthony AttorneyCasey Anthony Attorney, Several months ago, one of the most vocal critics Jose Baez was asked if there would be a “My Cousin Vinny” at the trial. The reference to the 1992 film Joe Pesci was funny, but touching, too: The play explores how a Brooklyn lawyer rookie managed to learn the craft on the fly and without two suspects in the murder of the young being convicted in a court the Deep South.

Casey Anthony acquitted of more serious charges against her Tuesday, experts debated whether it was Baez or circumstantial case law of the State authorized the woman. But one thing is certain: Baez shares rose strongly with the outcome of this trial.

“The best feeling I have today is that I know I can go home and my daughter asks, ‘what did you do today?” “Baez said,” and I can say, ‘you saved my life. “”

His subsequent acquittal statement tempered a bit and restricted to a personality like Baez, who has exuded courage and confidence, despite bloggers dubbing him “Bozo.” His self-assurance was evident in a response he sent a text message to an Orlando Sentinel reporter on Tuesday: “I told you two years ago I was going to surprise the world.”

Even those who question his skills as a lawyer might struggle to deny his fierce defense of this particular client.

“I think the story to take from this is: He is a wonderful advocate for his client, a zealous advocate,” said Deborah Denno Fordham law professor. “I think it could have been seen as a protector.”

Exactly how the jurors considered Baez is unknown because they refused to speak with reporters Tuesday. But critics said Denno Baez often-other lawyers, who said the things I was doing wrong in the trial, but not suggesting better alternatives.

“What else could I do with this particular case?” Denno said. “He came an alternative story. Even if you do not buy completely the story, sent to another story. It took some big risks in his opening speech, but worth it for him.”

As for legal bumblings Baez, inappropriate questioning and apparent problems following the rules of criminal procedure, Denno said that notice things about the legal profession, but perhaps not the jury.
