Cardinals Rally Squirrel

Cardinals Rally Squirrel, Cardinal fans WAKE UP! You are greatly exaggerated over Busch Stadium Rally Squirrel (which could be any of the three squirrels, stadium workers are trying to catch human) thinking that is bringing good luck. Take a moment and consider what has happened since its inception.
The third party, the bottom of the sixth inning, two outs. Ryan Theriot is at bat when the gray furry creature made its first appearance. Thinking it was a fluke, Theriot reached on a single and moved into scoring position in a goalless draw after a walk of two. Then Jaime Garcia rebels against Cole Hamels (his last batter of the day), keeping the score 0-0.
Next entry … BAM, three homers run Garcia, Cardinals lose 3-0. However, fans still cling to the Rally Squirrel support.
The fourth game, Skip Schumaker at bat. The squirrel appears again. The crowd goes wild when he saw this as a sign from above. Nothing has captured the attention of superstitious fans like this since the Angels Rally Monkey 2002.
But Schumaker feels more … grab the thigh and exit the game and is a big question mark for the fifth game. It was as if the squirrel was making fun of Cardinal fans. This is not a good luck charm. I say the squirrel curses!
