Cabbage Patch Kids

Cabbage Patch Kids, Walker Knapp, of Maplebrook Elementary School, was the Texas winner from 71,000 entries in the Bonnie Plant Cabbage Contest for last year. Knapp recently received a $1,000 savings bond for college tuition for winning.
Walker was also recognized for his achievement by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees.
“Congratulations to fourth grader Walker Knapp on his award-winning cabbage plant,” said Michelle Canlas, science lead teacher.
