Bubba Smith Diet Pill Overdose, About three months after Bubba Smith was found dead at his home in Sunlight Square in Baldwin Hills, the office of Los Angeles County coroner shed light on the cause of his death. On Wednesday, November 2, it was revealed that former NFL player turned actor, died of taking diet pills too.

The spokesman Ed Winter said in a statement that Bubba suffered an acute intoxication of the drug, along with other conditions.
