Brett Favre Jenn Sterger

Brett Favre Jenn Sterger, It was a good guy-bad news story of the week for Brett Favre.

On the bright side, Randy Moss, one of the best receivers in the NFL, Favre joined the Minnesota Vikings in a trade and give the quarterback 40 years of age, an additional weapon in the crime.

On the downside, there is any alleged sex scandal.

As you recall, in August, sports website Clarin reported that Favre sent Jenn Sterger, former Pl**yboy playmate and Maxim, a series of voice messages and nde photos of his car when both were working for the New York Jets in 2008. What the site did not have any evidence of the alleged calls and photos.

So far, what it is. Clarin has published what it says are voice messages Sterger Favre and some messages left on her MySpace page as long as both were with the Jets – Favre was quarterback of the team in 2008 and was Sterger working as a sideline reporter. Messages and photos were from a third party, the site says.

The message itself is not so bright. “I’m done with practice. I have meetings here for a couple of hours, then return to the hotel and just relax. So I sent a text. … I would love to have you come by tonight,” Favre (or someone that looks just like him) says in one. The pictures (be warned, some things seriously NSFW video at the end of Clarin) are another matter.

Sterger, who now co-hosts a program on Versus called “The Online Journal,” has not commented. Favre brushed a question about the voice message filtering aside at a news conference Vikings Thursday (October 7th): “I’m not getting into that,” he said.

Indeed, the Vikings’ opponent this week? Nothing less than the Jets. We suspect the Jets fans will have one or two things to say about that when Favre arrives at the stadium.
