Boston Marathon Live Coverage:Weekend was a wet and rainy in Boston, but the climate today seems to be sunny with temperatures around 50 – Just in time for the start of the Boston Marathon this morning. “The only question is the wind: it seems as if the riders is a moderate crosswind during the first 17 miles or less, which can become a headwind” in a particular turn, according to organizers the race.
Thousands of runners have gathered in the usually quiet town of Hopkinton for the start of the 114th marathon is 26.2 miles to Boston. Map Marathon course shows the torque grueling race through the suburbs of Boston before coming to an end in Copley Square.
